ALPHA ETF FTSE Athex Large Cap: Return of capital by reinvestment in shares of the Fund

ALPHA Asset Management AEDAK informs that the total amount of the capital return, as determined by the completion of the valuation of the Mutual Fund on 30.6.2022, amounts to Euro 458,731.00, i.e. Euro 0.52 per share for the holders of ALPHA shares ETF FTSE Athex Large Cap EQUITY TRADABLE UNIT on record date 4.7.2022. From 1.7.2022, the existing shares of the Mutual Fund are traded on the Athens Stock Exchange with an adjusted (reduced) price of Euro 19.2400 and without the right to participate in the return of capital.

The reinvestment of the capital return amount will be carried out with the share price of the Mutual Fund resulting from the valuation of 5.7.2022.

The new shares will start trading on the Athens Stock Exchange on 6.7.2022, when the beneficiaries’ accounts will be credited with the additional shares. The fractional share balances will be awarded to the share holders in the form of cash and from 18.7.2022 the payment of the balance to the beneficiaries will begin, which will be carried out by Alpha Bank as follows:

1. Through the Participants of the beneficiaries in the S.A.T. (Banks and Brokerage Companies) in accordance with the applicable Regulations of EL.K.A.T.

2. Especially in cases of dividend payment to heirs of deceased beneficiaries, whose securities are held in the Special Account of their Share in the S.A.T., under the management of ATHEXCSD, the dividend payment procedure will be carried out after the completion of the legalization of the heirs, through the network of Alpha Bank branches.

Dividends that will not be collected within five (5) years are time-barred in favor of the Greek state.
