(“Issuer”), in accordance with article 14 of Law 3556/2007 and following the information from 11.08.2022, received from REGINA COMPANY INC in accordance with article 9 of Law 3556/2007, informs the investment common that on 11.08.2022 REGINA COMPANY INC due to an event that changes the distribution of voting rights, he directly held a total of 182,536 shares of the Issuer which correspond to 5.16% of the share capital and voting rights this compared to 10.917% it held in the previous notification.
Finally, the company ALPHA TRUST-ANDROMEDA A.E.E.H. (“Issuer”), in accordance with article 14 of Law 3556/2007 and following the updates from 11.08.2022, received from Mr. Donald M. Campbell, for his own account and on behalf of the companies GUARANTY FINANCE MANAGEMENT LLC and GUARANTY FINANCE INVESTORS LLC, informs the investing public that on 11.08.2022 the company GUARANTY FINANCE INVESTORS LLC due to acquisition but also an event that changes the distribution of voting rights, he held a total of 371,450 shares of the Issuer which correspond to 10.5% of the share capital and voting rights this compared to 14.69% it held in the previous announcement.
It is noted that the company GUARANTY FINANCE INVESTORS LLC directly owns, based on article 9 of Law 3556/2007, 371,450 voting rights, i.e. 10.5%, while each of GUARANTY FINANCE MANAGEMENT LLC and Donald M. Campbell indirectly control, based on of article 10 of Law 3556/2007, the aforementioned 371,450 voting rights of the Issuer, i.e. 10.5% of its share capital.

Guaranty Finance Investors LLC is the owner of 371,450 shares of ALPHA TRUSTANDROMEDA SA.
Guaranty Finance Management LLC is the investment manager of Guaranty Finance Investors LLC, and therefore may exercise the voting rights held by Guaranty Finance Investors LLC.
Mr. Donald M. Campbell is the controlling shareholder of Guaranty Finance Management LLC.
