The Board of Directors of “Alpha Trust Andromeda” at its meeting on July 29, 2021 decided to distribute (payment) to the shareholders of the Company a temporary dividend for the corporate year 2021 totaling 200,568 which corresponds to 0.125 euros per share (taking into account the corporate deed split 1: 4 of the Company’s shares that was decided by the decision of the General Meeting of the Company dated 24.06.2021 and took place on October 27, 2021).
Following the above decision of the Board of Directors, it was decided:
– The cut-off date of the temporary dividend is set at 15/12/2021.
-The date of determination of the beneficiaries of the temporary dividend (record date) is set at 16/12/2021.
– The starting date for the payment of the temporary dividend is set at 20/12/2021. Payment will be made through a credit institution.
