Alpha Trust Andromeda informed the investing public about the decision of the Board of Directors to propose Mr. Vassilis Kletsas to the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Andromeda, on 03/05/2022, to take on a new CEO. Mr. Kletsas, with more than three decades of experience in the field, has, among other things, been the CEO of the DIAS and Global portfolio investment companies.
The outgoing CEO Mr. Costas Tzinieris stated: “After 22 years at the helm of the only portfolio company in the country, and sixty years of work, it is time to leave. During my tenure the company faced good and bad times “But thanks to its people and the support of its shareholders, it has managed to cope well. I am sure that Vassilis’ skills and experience will lead our company to even better results.”
Mr. Kletsas said: “It is a great pleasure and honor to propose to take over the management of the only portfolio company in Greece. “I want to thank Costas Tzinieris and his team for their excellent work and I believe that we will continue their work successfully.”
Mr. Costas Tzinieris will continue to perform the duties of the Managing Director, until his replacement.
