The team of the increasingly popular Vivaldi browser has announced the release of an update to the desktop version of Vivaldi 5.1, which adds a number of interesting innovations.
One of the innovations was the horizontal scrolling of tabs. As a result, the user gets an endless tab bar, which can be navigated using the arrows on the right or left. Horizontal scrolling also works for tab groups.
Another innovation is the Reading List. The “Reading List” button is located on the address bar of the Vivaldi browser and is activated in the settings. With this button, you can expand the delayed reading list and then place the active page there.
In the upper right corner of the Express Dial, there is also a button for accessing quick settings for the start page.
Vivaldi 5.1 is now available for download on all supported platforms: Windows, Linux and macOS.
