THE Amber Heard burst into tears on the bench on Thursday 5/5, as she remembered that Johnny Depp allegedly threatened her that he would “slice” her face with a bottle – and then put it inside her during an argument.
“I did not know if the bottle inside me was broken,” she said, breathing heavily as she held back her tears. “I could not feel it. “I could not feel anything.”
The nightmare unfolded in March 2015, while the then married couple lived in Australia, where Dep was shooting the fifth part of the “Pirates of the Caribbean” movie series.
The two quarreled over the drink and Depp mocked her Herd with a bottle of drink she was holding – which fell to the floor and broke when she went to grab it, the actress said. “It really angered him,” Herd testified.
“I got up [και] he had a bottle in his hand, “he said. “He threw it at me.” Herd continued: “I do not know how much time passed, but at some point, he had a broken bottle against the area around my neck at the level of my jaw, and he told me that he would cut my face.”
The abuse with the bottle
The actress cried in tears for Depp who allegedly tore her nightgown and hit the wall next to her head during the fight. “I was naked, I was sliding on this tile,” he told the jury. “He was shouting at me and telling me that I had ruined his life.”
“I look into his eyes, I do not see him anymore”, he continued, starting to cry with tears. “It was not him. He was black. I have never been so scared in my life. “I was trying to contact Johnny and I could not see him at all.”
Later in her testimony, Herd’s lawyer, Elaine Bredehoft, asked her to explain to jurors if Depp penetrated her vagina with a bottle of alcohol up to her pubic bone.
“I can not believe I have to do this,” the actress told jurors. To which her lawyer replied: “I am very sorry.” The painful incident was the same quarrel that left Depp with a severed finger – something he claimed in the chair that happened when Herd threw a bottle of vodka at him. The two were married just a month earlier.
Heard showed photos from inside the ruined mansion that the couple rented in Down Under – where Ben King, the house manager, had previously testified that he had found Depp’s lost finger.
One of the pictures showed two bottles of alcohol, and Heard told jurors he recognized one of them from the attack. The actress said that after the alleged attack she took sleeping pills to fall asleep and woke up with her then injured husband.
“I realized he was missing a finger,” he said, describing a damaged house with blood-stained writing on the walls, along with blue paint.

Amber Heard took embarrassing photos of Johnny Depp fainting after drug and alcohol abuse because no one thought he had an addiction problem, the actress told the court on Thursday.
Photographs filed in Fairfax County District Court in Virginia appear to show the star unconscious in chairs and on the floor of a hotel room.
“He fainted, he got sick, he lost control of himself. “People picked it up and cleaned it and made it,” Herd said on the second day of her testimony.
“Either he did not remember, or he denied it, or he accused me of saying that this had happened while it had not. “And there was no one to support me,” he said.
