The AMD Ryzen 7 5800G (Cezanne) processor has appeared in the GPU-z base, which seems to be the flagship of the desktop APU line.
There are no complete specifications in GPU-z, but there is data on the graphics part, based on which, the source concluded that this is an early engineering sample. The APU is known to include an eight-core CPU capable of executing sixteen instruction streams simultaneously, and 16MB of L3 cache. The clock speed will be higher than the Renoir Ryzen 4000G desktop APUs.
In terms of GPU, the AMD Ryzen 7 5800G configuration includes an improved Vega GPU with eight compute units. The number of stream processors is 512, the number of ROPs and TMUs is 8. The graphics processor runs at 1800 MHz. That’s lower than the previous flagship Ryzen 7 4750G, which has a Vega GPU running at 2100 MHz. The lower frequency just indicates that this is not a serial product, but an engineering or other similar sample.
According to reports, the release of the APU Cezanne is scheduled for the second quarter.
