Last month, Asus announced two new ROG Zephyrus laptops, the G14 and G15. Now, the Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 has been tested in the popular Geekbench benchmark.
The Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 scored 1571 single-threaded and 9751 all-core in Geekbench 5. It averaged 6.2% and 24.4% faster than Ryzen 9 5900HS based laptops.
The laptop also showed up in PugetBench Photoshop and Premiere Pro benchmarks. It scored 1022 on the Photoshop test and 550 on the standard Premiere Pro test. The Photoshop score is about 8% higher than the Asus ROG Flow Z13.

The Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 2022 has two display options – a 14-inch QHD panel (120Hz refresh rate) and a 14-inch FHD panel (144Hz refresh rate). In both cases, they occupy 91% of the body area and have an aspect ratio of 16:10.
The laptop is equipped with the new AMD Ryzen 9 6900HS processor with 8 cores and 16 threads. It has a Radeon RX 6800S GPU paired with 8GB of GDDR6 VRAM. The laptop comes with 16GB DDR5 4800MHz RAM, expandable up to 32GB, and an M.2 NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD up to 1TB.
In terms of connectivity options, it has Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth v5.1, 2 USB Type-C ports, USB Type-A 3.2 Gen 2 ports, an HDMI 2.0b port, a card reader, and a headphone jack. The gaming laptop is equipped with a 76Wh battery and supports 100W PD charging technology.
