The introduction of a grant to companies that have suffered heavy financial losses due to the coronavirus pandemic which was exacerbated by natural disasters that occurred within the year 2021 as well as the one-time financial aid to horse owners, trainers and riders of horse racers due to horse racing betting, provides for an amendment of the Ministry of Finance.
The new regulation was submitted to the bill of the Ministry of Rural Development that is being discussed in the Plenary Session of the Parliament for the modernization of the establishment and operation of livestock facilities. The amendment provides for the issuance of K.Y.A. on the determination of beneficiaries, conditions for granting and payment of aid, procedure for recovering and certifying any unduly paid amounts.
