American football star Tom Brady has announced the development and imminent launch of the Autograph Collectible Token Issuance and Sale (NFT) platform.

According to a spokesman for Brady, the footballer hopes to bring some of the biggest names in sports, fashion, art and pop culture to the platform. The Autograph platform will enable the release of many unique digital collectibles.

“The world’s most famous people and talented artists will create and sell NFTs, and they will be available to fans and collectors alike,” said Dillon Rosenblatt, co-founder and CEO of Autograph.

In addition to Brady and Rosenblatt, Josh Payne and Dillon’s brother Richard are involved in the creation of the platform. Autograph’s advisors are top executives from large companies such as Spotify, Live Nation and Cameo. Autograph is headquartered in Los Angeles and is now actively recruiting employees.

“Our proprietary ‘autographing’ system will unite world-famous stars with the NFT world and token holders in a completely new way,” the project’s website says.

Earlier it was reported that several fashion brands, including Gucci, are planning to enter the NFT market.
