American rapper apologizes after fan is beaten while trying to take a photo

After one of his fans was beaten while trying to get a photo, American rapper Nardo Wick spoke out on social media saying that he “does not accept” what happened.

In a video, you can see the fan — identified by the family as George Obregon Jr., according to the local affiliate of NBC — approaches Nardo Wick with his cell phone in his hand, until he is punched by one of the men next to the artist.

Another man who was also in the group attacks the fan and starts throwing several punches until he falls to the ground, while the rapper tries to prevent the aggression from continuing.

Still according to the affiliate of NBC, the young man suffered a concussion and had bleeding in different parts of the brain. The case is being investigated by police in Tampa, the city in Florida where the attack took place.

On social media, Nardo Wick published a text, saying that he does not accept what happened to George in any way, and that he is in contact with the boy’s mother.

“I do not accept what happened to my fan George after my show in any way, I expressed to him and his mother how sorry I am and how worried I am about what happened to him several times before anything was done. published on the internet”, said the rapper in the text.

“I sent his mom my number instantly the night it happened. I was even going to make a post to try and find out who he was before his mom texted me,” she added.

“I can’t control the actions of another grown man, I didn’t know this was going to happen and I was angry when it happened. I tried to stop as you can see in the video, and if anyone filmed a longer video you can see how mad I was, I love and appreciate all my fans and I don’t accept what happened, that s*** doesn’t work. It’s not gangsta or cool in any way,” added the rapper.
