US citizens are worried about a possible conflict between the US and Iran and are afraid that violence can escalate, as President Donald Trump ordered the bombing of Iranian nuclear facilities, according to a Reuters/Ipsos poll. The three -day poll ended today before Iran’s attack on Al -Unded Air Base in Qatar. Nearly eight out of ten (79%) said they were afraid that “Iran can target US citizens in response to US aircraft”, and are also concerned about military personnel parked in the Middle East. 84% responded that they were generally concerned about the growing conflict.
