Lenovo has unveiled the long-awaited Legion Y90 gaming smartphone with top-notch specs. The Chinese brand has put emphasis on a reliable cooling mechanism to keep the device running at optimal levels for longer periods of time. Inside is a massive heatsink and two fans. The back has the original Lenovo Legion design, as well as RGB lighting on the logo and air vents.
Another notable gaming feature is the four shoulder buttons, which are also customizable. The phone features a 6.92-inch E4 AMOLED display with HDR10+ support, 2460 x 1080 resolution, 144Hz high refresh rate, and 720Hz touch sampling rate. The front has wide bezels at the top and bottom.
The Lenovo Legion Y90 gaming smartphone is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen1 single-chip system. This is coupled with 18GB of RAM (supports up to 4GB virtual RAM expansion) and up to 512GB of onboard flash storage. Notably, the top model also has a 128GB SSD that forms a RAID 0 system with UFS 3.1 storage. The rear camera module consists of modules with a resolution of 64 and 13 megapixels.
On the other hand, there is a lone 16MP selfie camera on the front. The device is powered by a large 5600 mAh battery that supports up to 68W fast charging.
