The source published new and quite high-quality images of the OnePlus Nord 2 smartphone. This mid-range model replaces last year’s Nord and, unlike its predecessor, is built on the MediaTek platform, not Qualcomm.
The images show the OnePlus Nord 2 in two colors – gray and green, but there will be another option – blue. This model is built on SoC MediaTek Dimensity 1200 and is equipped with a 6.43-inch AMOLED screen with Full HD + resolution with a frame rate of 90 Hz. The front camera has a 32MP sensor (Sony IMX616), while the main camera uses 50MP (Sony IMX766), 8 and 2MP sensors.
The fingerprint scanner in this model is built into the screen. The battery capacity is 4500 mAh, fast charging is supported – with a capacity of 65 W. The software platform is represented by the Android 11 OS and the proprietary OxygenOS 11.3 shell.
OnePlus Nord 2 will first be presented in India, and then the sales geography will expand. The basic version with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of flash memory in the local market is estimated at 32,000 rupees. Considering that the exchange rates of the rupee and the ruble against the dollar are the same, the novelty should cost about 32,000 rubles in Russia as well. The cost of the option with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of flash memory is 35,000 rupees (or rubles).
