The actress Amy Schumer shared his health status after social media shared his physical appearance. Recently, internet users pointed out that the actress's face looked swollen.

After the public appearance, users flocked to social media to comment that the actress's appearance had changed.

“Thank you so much for everyone noticing my face! I've enjoyed the feedback and deliberations about my appearance like every woman for nearly 20 years. And you're right, my face is more swollen than normal,” she wrote in an Instagram post. “There’s some medication and hormonal stuff going on at the moment, but I’m fine.”

The actress added that she is dealing with endometriosis, a painful condition that occurs when tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows outside the uterus. The description is from the World Health Organization.

“I also believe that women do not need to make an excuse or explain their physical appearance to anyone. But I wanted to use this opportunity to advocate for self-love and acceptance of your own body,” she continued.

“Like any other woman/person, some days I feel confident and very beautiful – while on others I want to put a bag over my head. But I feel strong and beautiful and very proud of this series that I created. I wrote. I starred in it and directed it,” wrote Amy Schumer. “Maybe we could focus on that for a moment.”

The second season of “Life & Beth” is now available on Star+ streaming.
