Ana Castela will perform at Rock in Rio , a festival that takes place in September this year, in Rio de Janeiro. The information was confirmed by the singer's press office for CNN this Monday (29).

There is still no confirmation, however, on the date on which Boiadeira will perform. The Rock in Rio festival takes place on the 13th, 14th, 15th, 19th, 20th, 21st and 22nd of September 2024. On her social networks, the singer mentioned the subject when sharing the news published by other portals.

Last week, Ana Castela completed 30 weeks as the most listened to in the country on the list Billboard Brasil Artists 25 .

In addition to maintaining its leadership position in this ranking, Boiadeira also has 9 hits on the Hot 100 list which accounts for the growth in the audience for musical productions on streaming services available in the country.

Another name of the country singer that was confirmed at the festival, this Monday (29), is Luan Santana . The information revealed by columnist Leo Dias was confirmed to CNN by sources close to the artist.

Among this year's presentations, national names such as Luísa Sonza and Dennis have already been confirmed, as well as international names such as Katy Perry, Mariah Carey, Cindy Lauper, Travis ScottEd Sheeren, and Akon.

• September 21: headliner to be confirmed, Angélique Kidjo;
• September 22: Mariah Carey, Shawn Mendes, Ne-Yo.
