Ana Castela released her first international track this Friday (15th). “Saudade” is a partnership between Boiadeira and Mexican singer Gabito Ballesteros and is now available on all digital platforms.
Consecrated as the most listened to singer in the country in 2023 and recently completing 25 weeks as the most listened to artist on the Billboard Brasil Hot 100 list, Boiadeira recorded the new hit during the “AgroPlay Verão 2” project, carried out by AgroPlay Music.
Currently, Ana Castela has more than 17 million monthly listeners on the main music platform, Spotify, while Gabito has 20 million per month. The song, which reveals the union of agribusiness style with Latin music, had its official video recorded during a luau on the beach. The video will be available on the singer's official channel at 11am.
“Saudade” talks about the end of a relationship and the feeling that remains. About the new song, Boiadeira revealed: “It was an incredible experience singing alongside Gabito, it's really cool to see how cultures mix and how great this union is. During the recording the public picked up the song very quickly, I'm sure it will be a success.”
The project also marks a new phase for AgroPlay Music, which aims to enter the international market. Rodolfo Alessi, founder of the production company that was created to manage the voice of “Nosso Quadro”, highlighted the reason for choosing the Mexican singer for the feat.
“We were able to understand how much Brazil and Mexico walk together in music, bringing Gabito to our project which is 'AgroPlay Verão' was a great opportunity to get closer to a scene that we are increasingly building, we want to explore new horizons entering the international market with our artists.”, he commented.
