One of the main voices of country music in recent years, Ana Castela 21, spoke about his upcoming musical projects in a new interview. The singer recently revealed that she intends to migrate to pop and release an album of the genre.
“I love pop. I love pop culture, dancing, shows. I think it’s all very incredible,” he said during his appearance on the PodPah podcast.
Asked if she intends to follow strategies similar to Taylor Swift’s, regarding clothes and “ages”, she replied: “I think that’s great. I think that’s really cool. So much so that we have already thought about doing this, only here in Brazil it is more complicated to do this. But we think.”
The voice of “Solteiros Forçado” and “ Nosso Quadro”, however, stated that he will not abandon the “boiadeira” style.
“It’s something new for us to test, for us to have. To start, play more on the clubs. Have more upbeat songs. Animate my shows. But there’s also a lot of sad music coming. There has to be a balance”, he explained.
