Ana Hickmann pays tribute to her dogs: “They protect me when I need it”

Ana Hickmann paid tribute to her dogs on social media this Tuesday (28), highlighting that her pets protect her in moments when she needs it most.

“They speak to me through their admiring eyes, they keep me company on difficult days, they bring joy to the house and protect me in moments when I need it most. How important they are to me!!!! Today’s good day goes with these cuties, which represent my love for my 15 four-legged children”, he wrote in a post on X, formerly Twitter.

Last Sunday (26), the presenter revealed that she was protected by her dogs during an attack committed by her husband in early November.

As he told the program “Domingo Espetacular”, on TV Record, Fani and Joaquim, the family’s pets, obeyed his order to attack the businessman during the attack.

“My dogs were behind me, Fani and Joaquim, barking a lot because of the fight. As they had seen him scream many times, every time he screamed, the dogs became very upset at home. And then, I shouted ‘Get it!’, and the dog got it,” Hickmann said in an interview.

Remember the Ana Hickmann case

The presenter filed a police report for aggression against her ex-husband, Alexandre Correa, at the family home in Itu, in the interior of São Paulo.

She told police that she was talking to her 10-year-old son in the kitchen when Correa heard it and didn’t like the subject. So he started an argument. The child, frightened, would have run out of the room, according to Hickmann.

Correa allegedly pushed his wife against the wall and threatened to headbutt her, according to information contained in the police report. He denied the accusations on social media.

During the argument, Correa closed the kitchen door, hitting Hickmann, according to the report. She used the situation to lock her husband out of the room and call the Military Police, but Correa was no longer there when the agents arrived.
