The American actress Sarah Jessica Parker 59, revealed some information about the third season of “And Just Like That” a spin-off of “Sex and the City”, which is scheduled to debut on HBO and Max in 2025.
“It looks very big, very robust and exciting. There are so many interesting stories with additional characters that legitimately find a true home. There is growth with new faces,” he said in a conversation on stage at a film festival in Saudi Arabia.
“Carrie has a wonderful storyline. The story undergoes some big changes, and we incorporate some big ideas into those changes. Some of the male characters are back and there are some new men,” he revealed.
“And Just Like That” is based on the novel “Is There Still Sex in the City?” by Candace Bushnell, the same author of the book that inspired the original series. In the story, the three friends face issues related to middle age, such as aesthetic pressure, the end of marriages, growing children and changing professional aspirations.
In addition to Sarah Jessica Parker, Kristin Davis (Charlotte) and Cynthia Nixon (Miranda) also star in the “Sex and the City” spin-off. Of the original quartet, only Kim Cattrall (Samatha) is not in the cast. She, however, made a brief appearance in the second season.
