Members of the Molejo group mourned and published tributes to the vocalist Anderson Leonardo. The singer died on Friday (27), victim of inguinal cancer.
Claumirzinho used his Instagram profile this Saturday (27) to vent about the death of a band friend.
“Anderson, brother, every day I would hold your hand and that would renew me to continue the fight, but in a hand holding that was already routine, I felt a drop of the pain you were feeling and, at that moment, I saw that you I needed to rest, brother. You showed me your pain to console me in your departure, you being generous to the end. Now I will hold your hand in my memories as long as I live!”, wrote the musician.
The musician had already commented on his friend's death on Friday. “He was a warrior, strong, but he needed to rest.”
Marquinho Pato shared records together with his bandmate on his Instagram profile.
“Legend has it that geniuses always leave us early! Thank you for everything master, partner, brother, I will always remember you! Rest in peace idol!” he captioned.
Andrézinho, in turn, shared a message on his Instagram story that says: “I will cherish the last show, always with a smile on your face.”
“We all lost. The fans, the friends and family. We lost a great reference in music. A great samba player. A great artist, a showman. We just lost one of the biggest in the country. We are very sad, but happy to try to maintain the legacy he left”, he also said in an interview with Globonews.

Anderson Leonardo's children also used social media to pay tribute to their father.
The body of singer Anderson Leonardo, from Molejo, will be laid to rest this Sunday (28), starting at 11 am, at the Jardim da Saudade Cemetery, in the west zone of Rio de Janeiro.
