Windows 11 debuted the Windows Subsystem for Android (WSA) – a technology that allows you to emulate a “green robot” inside Windows. Now Android itself, emulated in this way, has been updated to the 13th version – beta testers can already test the innovation.
The developers did not limit themselves to just updating the “green robot”, in addition, they worked on other improvements. One of the key ones is to speed up the launch of the Windows Subsystem for Android subsystem up to 50%. The rest of the changes are:
- added a new command that disables WSA for automation;
- click-to-mouse input improvements;
- improvements in clipboard stability;
- improvements in application resizing;
- Intel bridge technology update for Android 13;
- improve the reliability of opening media files in Windows;
- the ability to add applications to the “Start” (Jumplist), if they support shortcuts.
