The distribution of a dividend from the results of the year 2021, as well as the start of a new program for the purchase of own shares, was approved, among other things, by the regular General Meeting of the company Andromeda.
In particular, the General Assembly, by legal vote unanimously with votes in favor of 859,895 or 100% of those present and represented, approved the distribution, from the results of the year 2021, of a dividend totaling € 802,272, ie € 0.50 per share, including the amount of € 401,136 euros, ie € 0.25 per share, which corresponds to a temporary dividend for the year 2021 and has already been distributed to shareholders by the decisions of the Board of Directors of the company dated 29.07.2021 and 03.11.2021.
The remaining amount for distribution amounts to 401,136 euros, ie 0.25 euros per share. The above amount will be increased based on the number of shares outstanding, excluding the own shares that the company will hold under the own shares acquisition program until the cut-off date of the dividend, when the final amount of the dividend per share will be formed.
Also, the General Assembly, with a legal vote unanimously with votes in favor of 859,895 or 100% of those present and represented, decided: a. the start of a new program for the purchase of treasury shares, which will correspond to a maximum of 10% of the total shares, ie 160,454 shares minus (-) the number of treasury shares held by the company at the date of the General Meeting, ie 35,424, with a duration of twenty four (24) months from the approval, ie until 02.05.2024, with a minimum acquisition price of 0.01 euros per share and a maximum acquisition price of 20 euros per share, according to article 49 of L. 4548/2018.
