The company Alpha Trust – Andromeda announces that on 11.08.2022 the trading will begin on the Athens Stock Exchange of 1,929,725 new common registered shares of the company, with a nominal value of 3.4375 euros each, resulting from the increase of the Share Capital by cash payment, as decided by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 25.02.2022 and from 12.07.2022 and 05.08.2022 decisions of its Board of Directors.
The Admissions and Market Operations Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange, during its meeting on 09.08.2022, approved the listing for trading on the A.H.A. of 1,929,725 new shares.
The new shares will be credited on the date of the start of trading to the shareholders’ shares and value accounts in the Intangible Securities System (S.A.T).
