The company Alpha Trust – Andromeda announced a series of changes in the voting rights percentages of its shareholders.
In particular, the listed company informs that on 11.08.2022 the company Interlife, due to an acquisition and an event that changed the distribution of voting rights, reached the limit of 5% and directly owned 200,569 shares of the Issuer, which correspond to a percentage of 5.675% of the share capital and voting rights of this one.
It also informs that on the same date the percentage of voting rights of Alpha Asset Management fell below the 5% limit and it directly held 146,300 shares of the Issuer which correspond to a percentage of 4.14% of its share capital and voting rights compared to 5.21% it held as per prior notification.
In addition, it informs that on 11.08.2022 Mr. Phaidon Theodoros Tamvakakis, due to acquisition and also due to an event that changed the distribution of voting rights, fell below the 5% limit and directly owned 90,000 shares of the Issuer, which correspond to a percentage of 2.546% of the share capital and of its voting rights against 5.235% that it held before the critical transaction.
Furthermore, Andromeda, following the relevant information from 16.08.2022 received from the shareholders of Dometi Georgia, Hatzidaki Michael, Hatzidaki Angeliki and Hatzidaki Vassiliki, shareholders of the Joint Investment Share of DOMETIOU GEORGIA (KEM), announces that due to acquisition and also an event that changes the distribution of voting rights, there were changes in limits, provided for in paragraph 1 of article 9 of Law 3556/2007, on the Company’s voting rights. In particular, the aforementioned shareholders inform that on 11.08.2022 the percentage of their voting rights fell below the 5% limit and they directly owned 97,340 shares of the Issuer which correspond to a percentage of 2.754% of its share capital and voting rights, against 5.51% which they possessed according to previous notification.
Finally, he informs that on 11.08.2022, Mr. Diamantis Diamantis, through his controlled company REGINA COMPANY INC, due to an event that changed the distribution of voting rights, directly owned 182,536 shares of the Issuer, which correspond to a percentage of 5.16% of the share capital and of its voting rights against 10.917% that it held according to a previous notification.
