Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders: Saturday 10/09/2022
As stated in its announcement, the Company will not distribute a dividend for the year 2021.
In addition, it clarifies that the Annual Financial Statements for the year 2021 will be published after the closing of the Athens Stock Exchange meeting on its website (www.anek.gr) and on the website of the Athens Stock Exchange (www.helex.gr).
The Company reserves the right to change the above dates, after informing the investing public in a timely manner by amending this, in accordance with the provisions of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulations.
