This Thursday (2), Anita commented on the history Madonna concert what will happen in Copacabana beach, in Rio, next Saturday (4) . In an interview, the Brazilian singer stated that she will not participate in the MET Gala 2024 which takes place two days after the Queen of Pop's concert in Brazil.
In conversation with the American portal ExtraTV, Anitta comments that she has already participated in the MET Gala three times and that she would like to be present at next year's edition. However, this time, she will not be present because Madonna will perform in Brazil.
Anitta comments on the partnership they have together with the song “Faz Gostoso” and says: “When I received the invitation, I was like: 'I will definitely go'. This is very historic for the country. So across the country, this is the only issue. So for me, it’s very important to be present at this moment.”

On the internet, some rumors already indicated that the owner of “Funk Generation” would take the stage to perform alongside the American star. A CNN contacted Anitta's advisors to confirm her participation in the show, however, she did not receive a response.
Madonna's free concert in Rio de Janeiro will mark the end of the tour “The Celebration Tour “, which celebrates 40 years of his career.
Madonna is due to take the stage at 9:45 pm on Saturday, but, from 7 pm, some DJs will perform opening sets. At 8pm, American DJ Diplo will be in charge of the show that will precede the vocal performance of “Vogue” and “Like A Prayer”.
