Anitta commented on the rumors that she was having a romance with Mexican singer Peso Pluma.
She was asked about the relationship between the two during an interview with a Mexican TV program: “My God, what a strong theme, this is a very strong theme,” she said.
“He and I love each other very much and that’s what matters. I think people always have this need to put labels on things and I like to live life and see what will happen”, explained Anitta, without giving further details.
A video showed that Peso Pluma was present backstage at Anitta's show in Los Angeles.
Last month, the Brazilian singer made an appearance during Peso Pluma's second show at this year's Coachella. The two share the vocals on the hit “Bellakeo”.
On social media, fans of the possible couple were thrilled with the singer's statement, and the two have even won a ship together: “Plumitta”.
