The singer Anita 31, won the category TVZ Clip of the Year in Multishow Award this Tuesday (3), for the seventh year in a row, and thanked his fans for still watching his clips.
“You know that music videos are the thing I like to do the most, in my work, in my music, since forever, right? Nowadays it’s no longer worth making a video”, began Anitta.
“We spend the money and no one watches. And then we have to convince everyone to put money into the clip, because no one will watch it, we won’t get a return on the money we spent, it’s a crazy thing”, he continued.
“So, for us to make a good video, we have to want the same thing, because we are going to spend this money that will go away and never come back. So, I want to thank my fans who watch my clips”, said the artist.
“I want to thank the artists who still make music videos […] Thank you to all of you who continue to value the clip, the work and the art”, concluded the singer.
In addition to TVZ Clip of the Year, Anitta won in the category Funk of the Year with Play for the Moon partnership with Pedro Sampaio and Dennis DJ.
You main names in Brazilian music met on Tuesday night (3) during the 31st edition of Multishow Award . The ceremony takes place at Riocentro, located in the west of Rio de Janeiro.
Who leads the nominations this year is the singer Liniker driven by the success of “Cashew” an album she released in August. The São Paulo native competes in 11 different categories, including some of the main ones, such as TVZ Clip of the Year, Hit of the Year, Artist of the Year and Album of the Year.
