There are 82 recognized refugees who departed on Wednesday (10/3) by air from Lesvos to Hannover, Germany.
According to the Athenian News Agency, this is the third movement of refugees from Mytilene under the relocation program, which is implemented by the Ministry of Immigration and Asylum, in cooperation with the International Organization for Migration, with funding from the European Commission.
A total of 426 recognized refugees have flown from Mytilene in the last 20 days.
As provided by the agreement of the Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis with the German Chancellor Angela Merkel, 1,553 refugees will be relocated from Greece to Germany.
