On Wednesday, the developers began distributing WhatsApp for Android version 2.21.1.13. After installing the update, users found that the WhatsApp messenger is no longer present in the Social Share list. It has completely disappeared and is not available in the list for setting preferences.
Apparently, this is not a bug or an issue on Google’s side, as the Google Camera app hasn’t been updated since December. It cannot be said with certainty whether the disappearance of WhatsApp from Social Share is an accidental glitch, or whether it is a deliberate decision by the team to stop “friends” with Google Camera.
