Anthony Pompliano: No Need to Sell BTC

American investor and founder of Pomp Investments Anthony Pompliano believes that the first cryptocurrency should not be sold. According to the businessman, the value of bitcoin in society will only grow.

Anthony Pompliano praised Republican U.S. Senator Cynthia Lummis for supporting Bitcoin and drafting a bill that would make the first cryptocurrency a strategic reserve. According to the investor, cryptocurrencies now occupy a dominant share of his portfolio, with the majority of funds invested in Bitcoin and Solana (SOL).

“Bitcoin is a position that I have had for a long time. I have been adding to it over the years and I view it as a long-term investment for 20, 30 years. Don’t sell your bitcoins, pass them on to your grandchildren. The second largest position in my portfolio is Solana. I started buying SOL last year and made my first purchases at $45.48,” the investor said.

He emphasized that he expects further development of both the first cryptocurrency and Solana. According to the businessman’s forecast, Solana is capable of capturing part of the Ethereum market and surpassing it in value. Earlier, Anthony Pompliano said in an interview with CNBC that Bitcoin will show growth in the long term. According to the investor, one should not pay attention to the volatility of BTC and the changing price of the asset.
