In a new rule published on Wednesday (27), the National Health Surveillance Agency (Anvisa) prohibited the marketing of all products with the Schoko-Bonsfrom the Ferrero company, from Belgium.
The measure, published in the Official Gazette of the Union, also maintains the ban on the marketing, distribution, import and use of Kinder brand products manufactured in Belgium by the Ferrero company. The products from this factory were the subject of an international alert reporting an outbreak of Salmonella typhimurium in branded chocolates.
According to Anvisa, the measure is based on the statement from the company Ferrero do Brasil on the identification of the commercialization of lots of these products, imported by third parties For the country.
The chocolate is made in cocoa and white flavors and is available in packs of 46g, 125g, 200g and 300g.

What should the consumer check?
Anvisa recommends checking the back of the product if it was manufactured in Belgium. Products from this source should not be consumed.
Consumers should contact Ferrero’s Customer Service (telephone 0800 701 6595 and e-mail [email protected]) so that it can arrange the collection.
Ferrero banknote from Brazil
Ferrero do Brasil informs that it has informed the authorities of its decision to carry out a voluntary and preventive recall of any version of the KINDER SCHOKO-BONS product, manufactured in Belgium. Although the company does not import or sell this product in the country, we are aware that a third-party company, with which we have no commercial relationship, independently imported SCHOKO-BONS that are part of a recall conducted abroad and, therefore, may have potential contamination by Salmonella.
Resolution No. 1,321, of the National Health Surveillance Agency (Anvisa), published this Wednesday (27), only formalizes the voluntary and preventive collection spontaneously presented by Ferrero do Brasil of Belgian products, always basing its conduct on protecting the safety of consumers and the quality of their products.
The company advises that if you have purchased this product, do not consume it and contact Customer Service on 0800 701 6595, every day from 9 am to 7 pm or by email [email protected] for exchange or refund.
Check the back of the product if it was made in Belgium
All other Kinder products distributed by Ferrero do Brasil are safe for consumption and are not affected by this recall.
