The Athens Stock Exchange announces, that according to the Basic Rules for Management & Calculation of indices, the shares of the company “EUROPAIKI PISTI A.E.G.A.” they will be removed from the compositions of the indices in which they participate due to low dispersion (free float).
More specifically, the following changes will be made:
• AX General Price Index & AX General Index Total Return Index
The shares of the company are removed from the index compositions and replaced by the shares of the company “INTERCONTINENTAL INTERNATIONAL A.E.E.A.P.” with a weighting factor (free float) of 22% and a capping factor of 1.0.
• ATHEX Select Plus Index
The shares of the company are removed from the composition of the index and replaced by the shares of the company “ET. HYDREYSIS & APOCHETEFSIS THES/KIS S.A.” with a weighting factor (free float) of 21% and a capping factor of 1.0.
• ATHEX ESG Index
The company’s shares are removed from the index composition without immediate replacement.
• FTSE/XA Mid Cap Index
The shares of the company are removed from the composition of the index and replaced by the shares of the company “IDEAL HOLDINGS AE” with a weighting factor (free float) of 38%.
• FTSE/XA Market Index
The company’s shares are removed from the index composition without immediate replacement.
• FTSE/XA High Dividend Yield Index
The shares of the company are removed from the composition of the index and replaced by the shares of the company “TERNA ENERGY ANONYMI VIOMICHANIKI EMPORIKI TECHNIKI ETERIA S.A.” with a weighting factor (free float) of 46% and a capping factor of 0.323426.
• FTSE/XA Insurance Index
The company’s shares are removed from the index composition without immediate replacement.
The changes will take place after the close of business on Friday 5 August 2022.
