One fire hit an apartment In Heitor Penteado Street, in the Perdizes neighborhood, in the West Zone of São Paulo, on the morning of Wednesday (12), around 6am. The fire focused on the second and third floor of the building and the residence hit by the flames was destroyed inside, according to the Fire Department.
According to reports from the neighbors, the fire began at the bottom of one of the overlooking apartments, mainly reaching the kitchen. A boy who slept in the property was alerted by the neighbor, who noticed the fire.
According to information from the Fire Department, five vehicles were called to meet the occurrence.
One victim, who was in the flame apartment window, was rescued by the Mobile Emergency Care Service (Samu) team due to the inhalation of smoke.
The fire has been extinguished and the Fire Department team is conducting the venue to dissipate the smoke.
It is not yet known what caused the fire.
