Apple is expected to unveil the flagship iPad Pro 5 tablet this spring, which will feature Apple’s A14X Bionic SoC. Sources point out that the A14X Bionic will deliver extremely high performance on par with the Apple M1 SoC.
In addition to the A14X Bionic, another major innovation on the iPad Pro 5 should be a mini-LED display that delivers deeper blacks, richer colors, greater brightness and contrast.
While the performance and screen should be significantly improved, the images indicate the iPad Pro 5 hasn’t changed much in appearance. The screen will receive reduced bezels, the front camera will be located above the display.
The main wide-angle camera will be 12-megapixel, an additional 10-megapixel ultra-wide-angle module and a 7-megapixel TrueDepth scene depth sensor will be installed.
In addition, the iPad Pro 5 tablet should get a Qualcomm Snapdragon X55 modem, at least 8GB of RAM and up to 1TB of flash storage.
