Counterpoint Research predicts that Apple will become TSMC’s largest customer for 5nm SoCs this year with the Apple A14, A15 Bionic and M1 SoCs. It is estimated that 53% of TSMC’s 5nm products will be destined for Apple.

Counterpoint reckons Qualcomm will get just 24% of TSMC’s 5nm SoCs because Apple is expected to use the Qualcomm Snapdragon 5G X60 5nm modem in iPhone 13. TSMC and Samsung 5nm hardware is predicted to be projected this year will be loaded by 90%. The 5nm business will reach $ 10 billion in revenue this year.
