Apple may refuse to release iPhone 13

Reputable network whistleblower Jon Prosser, who has proven himself well in past Apple-related leaks, has posted some interesting information about the names of future iPhones.

After the release of the iPhone 12 line, information appeared that the next smartphone in the series could come out under the name iPhone 12S. Historically, smartphones with the letter S in the name were modified versions of previous models. The iPhone 12S is expected to feature an LTPO display with a 120Hz refresh rate, an improved camera and a smaller front camera cutout.

With the release of the iPhone X in 2017 in a new design that is still in use today, the company stopped using the letter S in the names of its smartphones. The insider adds that Apple may skip a model called the iPhone 13 altogether due to superstition. That is, this year the iPhone 12S will be released, and the next will be the iPhone 14. However, this is hard to believe, since Apple was not noticed behind such superstitions. The company has an Apple A13 Bionic SoC and a MacBook Pro 13 laptop.

However, John Prosser was the first to announce the exact dates of the presentations of the new iPhone SE 2020 smartphone and the MacBook Pro 13 laptop, so you should listen to the words of this insider.

Last week, LetsGoDigital posted high-quality renders and a video showing the alleged iPhone 12S Pro smartphone.
