Apple has launched separate sales of the Magic Keyboard with Touch ID Fingerprint Reader, which was previously only available with the purchase of a new 24-inch iMac.

There are now two versions of Magic Keyboard with Touch ID available in the online store for separate purchase. Such keyboards also appeared in the Russian branded Apple online store. Two options are offered:

  • Magic Keyboard with Touch ID and numeric pad, for Mac with an Apple chip – 17,900 rubles (in the US – $ 179).
  • Magic Keyboard with Touch ID, for Mac with an Apple chip – 14,900 rubles (in the US – $ 149).

Magic Keyboard with Touch ID is a wireless Bluetooth keyboard that runs on a built-in battery for about a month without recharging. The keyboard connects to the Mac automatically. Includes a USB Type-C to Lightning cable that connects the keyboard to your Mac for USB-C charging.
