Apple has discontinued the production and sale of Apple Watch Series 6 in its stores (review). Last year’s smartwatch model also disappeared from the official Russian online store Apple.
Apple took this step right after the start of accepting pre-orders for the newest watch – Apple Watch Series 7. They can already be ordered in many countries around the world, including Russia. Prices for the new product start at 36,990 rubles ($ 399 in the US).
Of course, regular Apple Watch Series 6 retailers can still be found and will be sold off until stock runs out.
Apple Watch Series 7 starts public sale on October 15. In the range of Apple available for sale, there are also Apple Watch SE (review) and Apple Watch Series 3 (review).
The Apple Watch SE is a mid-range model with a starting price of $ 279 (RUB 24,990), without additional features like blood oxygen saturation tracking. The Apple Watch Series 3, which debuted five years ago, costs just $ 199 (RUR 17,990).
