Architect Jefferson Dias Aguiar, who was shot after running over a robber in the west of Sao Paulo, will be buried next Thursday (3). The funeral will take place at Parque dos Ypês Cemetery, in Itapecerica da Serra, Greater São Paulo.
The wake is scheduled for 7am, while the funeral should take place at 10am.
The crime happened on the afternoon of last Tuesday (1st), at Rua Desembargador Armando Fairbanks, region of Butantã (SP). He was taken to the University Hospital in very serious state, but could not resist.
According to the Military Police, two robbers on a motorcycle were committing theft when they approached a woman and stole her cell phone and alliance.
Jefferson, witnessing the scene, threw his car against the criminals’ motorcycle, overthrowing one of them. He got out of the car and held the robber, but the partner fired at him three times.
