Ariana Grande announced, this Wednesday (14), a partnership with none other than Mariah Carey. The “Obsessed” singer will participate in a remix of the song “Yes, And?”, released by Ariana in January this year. The new version of the single arrives next Friday, February 16th.
The announcement was made by Ariana Grande via social media, where she published a photo with Mariah Carey to share the news.
“I can’t believe the words I’m typing…” Ariana wrote in the caption. “Yes, And?” remix with the one and only, queen of my heart and lifelong inspiration @mariahcarey will be released this Friday.”
“There really aren’t enough words. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this dream coming true and for spreading your shine and magic in my little music. It means more to me than I could ever articulate and I can't wait for everyone to hear it! I love you forever”, celebrated the owner of the song.
It is worth mentioning that the singers have worked together previously, when Ariana and Jennifer Hudson joined Mariah Carey's Christmas album “Merry Christmas” on the song “Oh Santa!”.
“Yes, And?” is the first single from Ariana Grande's new album, titled “My Eternal Sunshine”. The album arrives on March 8th.
“Eternal Sunshine” is Ariana Grande’s seventh album and marks the American’s return after a four-year hiatus. His last release was the album “Positions”, which reached the public in October 2020.
