Singer Ariana Grande released, early this Friday (12), her new single called “yes, and?”. The song marked the American's return to the music industry after a three-year hiatus.
The new song is the first from the singer's seventh album, which should be released in 2024. Ariana Grande's last release was the album “Positions”, which reached the public in October 2023.
Since then, the voice of “Thank U Next” and “Side To Side” had only appeared in songs by other artists and film soundtracks, such as “Não Olhe Para Cima”.
The lyrics, which feature the singer herself as one of the composers, talk about not caring what others think and feeling comfortable with who you are. “yes, and?” It's house, with strong influences from Madonna's “Vogue”, one of the greatest pop music classics.
