ARK Investment Management has disclosed a position on the Grayscale Ethereum Trust (ETHE) for 639,000 shares. At the current exchange rate, the value of these assets is $ 21 million.
In the fourth quarter of 2020, ARK Invest reported an increase in its position in the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) to 7.31 million shares. In the last quarter, its volume increased to 8.67 million. Now its cost is $ 298 million. This value is $ 50 million less than in the first quarter. Recently, GBTC shares fell to a record -20% relative to Bitcoin.
ARK Invest has not previously published official information about its investments in the airwaves. However, the founder of the company, Katie Wood, reported in April that they have a closed cryptocurrency fund that includes only bitcoin and ether.
