Arlindo Cruz returned home after being hospitalized for a month. The singer’s ex-wife, Babi Cruz, shared the news on her Instagram profile on Tuesday (5).
In the images, Babi shows Arlindo in the ambulance with the tracheostomy tube and celebrates the moment.
“The happiness of returning home! And riding in an ambulance… it’s not such a wonderful ride, but just knowing you’re coming home…”, she said.
Babi also completed by reflecting on the lessons learned during those difficult hours. “The strength, the teachings that we have in life, the values that we learn, are priceless”, added the musician’s ex-wife.
Arlindo Cruz spent a month at Casa de Saúde São José, in Rio de Janeiro, to treat a bacterial mumps. In July of this year, the musician was hospitalized for about a month in the CTI (Intensive Care Center) to treat pneumonia.
At the age of 64, the singer deals with the consequences of a hemorrhagic stroke (stroke) he suffered in 2017. On the 13th, Arlindo turns 65 and will be honored at a party on the court of his heart samba school, the Serrano Empire.
