State deputy Arthur do Val (without a party), known as “Mamãe Falei”, was notified this Thursday (10) by the Ethics Council of the Legislative Assembly of the State of São Paulo (Alesp) about the representation for the impeachment of his mandate. after sexist audios of his authorship were released on the internet.
The deadline for submitting the preliminary defense ends next Thursday, March 17th. A meeting to judge the admissibility of representations was scheduled for the following day, March 18, by the president of the Council, deputy Maria Lucia Amary, at 11 am.
According to the policy analyst at CNN Iuri Pitta, on Wednesday (9), unanimously, the members of the Alesp Ethics Council approved joining the 12 representations presented since the weekend in a single process. Deputy Delegate Olim (PP) will be the rapporteur.
This Thursday, the deadline of five plenary sessions began to count for Do Val to present his defense. The analyst of CNN Iuri Pitta also reported that the deputy sent a letter to other colleagues on Tuesday (8) promising not to run as a candidate for a new term and asks not to be impeached, as it would be an “exaggeration”.

Even in the audios, in a jocular, informal way, I say that I didn’t have time to do anything at all. I don’t even have time to shower, I haven’t had a shower for three days,” he said.
