THE actor of “The Last Of Us” Ashley Johnson is taking legal action against him former Brian Wayne Foster’s partner, asking for a restraining order as she accuses him of domestic violence.
As stated by dailymail.co.ukthe 39-year-old reported that she was constantly receiving degrading and insulting characterizations, while she accused him of trying to extort $150,000 from her.
However, the final straw was when she asked him to break up. Then, he saw how he brought home a bag. Out of curiosity, she secretly opened it and inside he found a garrote, usually associated with strangulation, along with two air guns.
“He is borderline and capable of murder“, she said in court, where the family supported her claims, saying that Brian Wayne Foster had abused her on several occasions.
So to make sure of her safety, asked the Los Angeles County court to set strict boundaries between her and Fosterseeking to prohibit him from coming within 500 meters of her house and 100 meters of their dog.
THE judge granted her request and ordered Foster to stay away from the actress until a formal hearing scheduled for June.
