An investigation from the Capture Police Station (POLINTER) resulted, on Thursday (15), in the arrest of Flávio Moura Zaria da Silva, known as “Pacifier”, Accused of assaulting and robbing tourists on the Praia do Leblon boardwalk in the south of Rio de Janeiro.
