Asus has unveiled the new ROG Strix graphics card lineup. This is the Asus GeForce RTX 3060 ROG Strix card. It received the same cooling system as other representatives of the line, that is, with three fans that turn on only when necessary, due to which the card runs almost silently at low load. The cooling system shroud is illuminated. The thickness of the cooling system is such that the card occupies almost three slots in the PC case.
The graphics card configuration includes 3584 CUDA cores and 12 GB of GDDR6 memory. The manufacturer does not provide component frequencies. The board has one eight-pin power connector. Power consumption does not exceed 170 watts. The mounting plate contains two HDMI 2.1 outputs and three DisplayPort 1.4 outputs. Deliveries are due to start at the end of February. The manufacturer is expected to offer a base variant and a factory overclocked variant. No pricing information yet, but they will clearly be higher than Nvidia’s recommended $ 329.
