At 196,000 new coronavirus cases in India, the lowest number in over a month

More than 3,500 people lost their lives since coronavirus in the last 24 hours in India, according to what the federal Ministry of Health announced.

In the past 24 hours, another 3,511 patients succumbed to COVID-19, while at the same time 196,427 cases of SARS-CoV-2 were confirmed in the laboratory.

It is rather characteristic of the dimensions that the health crisis has taken on in the giant state of Asia that this is the lowest number reported since 14 April, as noted by AMPE.

One day after the India surpassed the limit of 300,000 deaths, the new coronavirus pandemic count stands at 307,231 dead out of a total of 26.95 million infections, according to government figures.
